PMF (polycrystalline mullite fiber) is a relatively new ultra light and high temperature resistant thermal insulation material in the world. It is composed of mullite micro crystals.
It integrates the characteristics of crystal materials and fiber materials, and has excellent thermal stability. The service temperature is 1500, and the melting point is 1840.
The thermal conductivity is 1/6 of the traditional refractory brick, and the unit weight is only 1/25. It is an ideal material for high-temperature furnaces to save energy and increase production.
Product use
Mainly used in ceramic kilns; Mechanical and metallurgical heating furnace; Hot lining of heat treatment furnaces and other industrial kilns.
About construction
Evenly apply high temperature mastic (temperature resistance 1400 ℃) on the furnace wall and mullite veneer block.
The veneer block is pressed and firmly attached to the furnace wall
