Ceramic fiber is a kind of fibrous lightweight refractory integrating traditional thermal insulation material, refractory material and excellent performance. Its main chemical composition is aluminum silicate, which can be divided into two categories according to its mineral composition: glassy fiber and polycrystalline fiber. Glassy fiber is an amorphous solid fiber formed by molten liquid state in cooling; Polycrystalline fibers are usually formed by colloidal injection method (or wire throwing method) and calcined at high temperature.

Chemical vapor deposition method: the chemical vapor deposition method is formed by nitriding tungsten core boron fiber. During manufacturing, the boron fiber is heated to 560 ℃ for oxidation, and then the oxidized fiber is heated to 1000 ℃ ~1400 ℃ in ammonia. After reaction for about 6h, only BN fiber can be used.

Polymer precursor method: the polymer precursor is prepared by melt spinning of polyborazane into fibers, then cross-linked to produce non molten fibers, and then cracked into fibers.

There are two methods to prepare sin fiber: one is to synthesize stable hydrogenated polysiloxane from chlorosilane and hexamethyldisilazane as starting materials, melt spinning into fiber products, and then non melting and firing to obtain sin fiber; Second, arsenic and silicon dioxide alkane are used as raw materials to react to produce white solid adducts under the protection of inert gas, and then ammonolysis is carried out in nitrogen to obtain full hydrogen polysiloxane, which is deeply hydrolyzed in organic solvent to prepare spinning solution, and then dry spinning is carried out to make fibers, and then heat treatment is carried out in inert gas or ammonia at the temperature of 1100-1200 degrees to obtain silicon nitride fibers.

SiBNC fiber is also produced by polymer precursor method. It is a kind of latest ceramic fiber. The starting material is polysiloxane, which is prepared by melt spinning, cross-linking, non melting and cracking.

The SiO fiber is prepared by the same process as the high silica glass fiber of the equipment. First, the glass is made into blocks, and then the secondary melting is carried out. The platinum crucible drawing furnace is used for melting spinning. After the fiber is obtained at about 1150 ℃ or further processed into textile and other finished products, it is treated with hot salt acid to remove the bohna:o component, and then sintered to make the mass fraction of SiO: in the fiber reach 95%~100%. In addition, In addition, the sol with high viscosity is prepared from SiO as raw material and then spun. After the precursor fiber is prepared, the silica fiber with purity of 99.999% can be prepared after heating to 1000 ℃. In addition, the quartz rod or tube can be melted and pulled into coarse fiber with oxyhydrogen flame, and then the continuous long fiber with diameter of 4m~101xm can be pulled into high-speed through oxyhydrogen flame or gas flame at a constant speed. The SiO2 content is 99.9%
