Ceramic fiber module can play a better role in fire resistance and thermal insulation during use, which is inseparable from correct and good equipment installation. Oka refractory describes the installation steps for customers who need to know about the installation.

1. Setting out: measure the dimensions before construction, and then take dotted lines according to the dimensions shown in the drawing. (if the old furnace body is rectified during setting out, it shall be derusted before setting out)

2. Wiring: snap a line on the iron plate of the furnace wall with an ink bucket and mark the required welding points to facilitate the welding of screws.

3. Welding screw: according to the marked welding points, the screw with corresponding length shall be welded to the iron plate on the furnace wall. During welding, protective measures shall be taken for the screw threads. Welding slag shall not be splashed onto the screw threads, and the welding quality shall be guaranteed.

4. Installation of tile blanket: a layer of tile blanket is generally laid on the conventional furnace body. Except for special requirements, the furnace body needs to be laid with two or more layers of blanket, but the joints between the tiles shall be staggered during the laying process. It shall be convenient for construction, and the flat blanket on the furnace top shall be fixed with quick cards.

5. Installation of module and compensation blanket: during module installation, it shall be installed in the same direction in sequence according to the direction of module folding or stacking compression. In order to avoid fiber shrinkage joints easily occurring after high temperature heating between different rows of modules, compensation blankets with the same temperature must be installed in the non expansion direction of the two rows of modules to compensate for the shrinkage joints between modules. The compensation blanket on the furnace top is fixed with U-nails.

6. Surface finishing: the whole furnace surface shall be leveled from top to bottom with tools.

7. Surface hardening treatment of furnace body: a layer of high-temperature hardener is sprayed on the surface of furnace body with our construction technology and reasonable ratio, and the high-temperature hardener is water agent.
