Orcas vacuum forming products are made of high-quality ceramic fiber cotton as raw materials, inorganic and a small amount of organic binders in different proportions according to customer design requirements. The service temperature can range from 1000 ℃ to 1600 ℃. All special-shaped parts have low shrinkage within their service temperature range.

It also maintains the characteristics of high heat insulation, light weight and impact resistance, and is easy to be cut or machined.

Orcas ceramic fiber profiled parts meet the needs of some industrial departments for production of heterogeneous products. Each product needs to make a special mold according to its shape and size. According to the performance requirements of the product, different binders and additives are selected to meet the use requirements. The special-shaped parts can be directly formed by mold vacuum suction filtration.

In the later stage of finish machining, you can also directly use ceramic fiber board for 3D carving to carve into the shape required by customers. We can meet the needs of customers by inorganic treatment or solidification of special-shaped parts through high-temperature calcination.
