Product introduction

Ceramic fiber rope cable series, square rope, round rope, twisted rope, while square rope also called packing, which are reinforced ceramic fibers and filaments (glass or alloy wire) made of textile products. Braided line made from high quality ceramic fiber, used as heat insulation materials and an excellent substitute for asbestos rope. Ceramic fiber rope is mainly used in: door, valves, flanges, seals, fire doors and fire shutter materials, high temperature labor protection products, high temperature filtration, sound absorption and other applications in place of asbestos.

Product Features

E Adding embedded material in the fiber yarn, it can improve the tensile strength of the fabric. Metal alloy wire may be used as the insert, so as to have the greatest strength at high temperatures. Shall not be used for application of metal (such as most of the textile dielectric material), glass can be used as an embedded object. Focus tensile strength applications, but also consider embedding material temperature limits. Main provides a series of embedded material:

Glass: for 650 ℃

Metal alloy wire: for 950 ℃

Compared with asbestos textiles, ceramic fiber textiles have the following advantages:
1) continuous use temperature can reach 1000℃, short time use temperature can reach 1260℃
2) good acid and alkali corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance to molten metals such as aluminum and zinc.
3）Good high temperature strength and thermal insulation performance
4) a series of ceramic fiber cloth, tape and packing products made of alkali free glass fiber as reinforcing material have higher electric insulation and high temperature electric insulation than glass fiber.
5）innocuous and unpoisonous

Ceramic fiber textile contain 15% organic fiber. According to the raising temperature, organic fiber will gradually be carbonized, so the product will turn black and emit smoke when the first time you use. However, this is normal phenomenon which will not affect the performance of product. As temperatures continue to rise, the product will gradually become white again, because there is only high temperature inorganic material such as ceramic fiber, and the organic fiber has been completely carbonized.
