Polycrystalline mullite fiber board is a polycrystalline mullite fiber cotton as raw material, wet compression molding and calcination process and manufacturing molding. The product has a low thermal conductivity, high temperature stability, uniform density, and excellent resistance to thermal shock and chemical attack capability. Also very suitable for application in by vibration, mechanical stress and strong corrosive environments. Stiffness and modulus of rupture of these plates are excellent, making high strength, self-supporting force, while relatively light weight, and easy to cut or machined. These product features suitable for fast and efficient processing, improve installation speed, thus shortening the application of a variety of industrial thermal insulation brickwork time. After installation, due to the strong capability of its insulation, thus helping to reduce energy costs and cycle times, and to protect the refractory surface from thermal shock effects.
